The Philadelphia Bar Association (PBA) established the Workers’ Compensation Section in 1995 to address the specialized needs of lawyers practicing Workers’ Compensation law. The Section maintains several subcommittees, which provide attorneys with opportunities to learn, enhance their skills, and serve their communities.
