Brooke Elmi is a Partner at Galfand Berger, LLP handling personal injury matters including products liability, automobile accidents, and premises liability cases. Since joining the firm in 2018, Brooke has successfully obtained numerous six-figure recoveries on behalf of injured clients.
Brooke provides smart and compassionate legal advocacy to help injured clients restore dignity and security after a serious accident. Brooke has handled products liability matters involving defective food packaging equipment, conveyors, large-scale manufacturing equipment, and consumer household products. Brooke has also successfully represented clients for injuries suffered in construction site accidents, dog bite incidents, and automobile accidents.
Brooke is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese. Drawing on her language abilities and experience living abroad, Brooke effectively represents individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and communities.
Brooke earned her law degree from Temple University – James E. Beasley School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, she participated in the Advanced Family Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern representing low-income clients in family court. In recognition of her accomplishments, Brooke received the 2018 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Eric D. Turner Award.
Brooke is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
