Darren Jay Kaplan, Jr. (“Jay”) is an associate attorney at Galfand Berger, LLP, working on personal injury matters including products liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, and construction accidents. Jay is dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury claims. He works tirelessly to hold negligent parties accountable while providing his clients with the support and guidance they need during challenging times.
With a passion for advocacy and a strong foundation in legal principles, Jay is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients at Galfand Berger, LLP. Jay graduated cum laude from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he demonstrated a commitment to advocacy and excellence in legal studies. During his time in law school, Jay served as a both a staff editor and editorial board member of the Temple Law Review. He was recognized for his outstanding contributions as a member of the law review, earning the 2023 Staff Editor of the Year Award. This accolade reflects his exceptional writing, research, and editing skills, as well as his dedication to upholding the highest standards of legal scholarship. His article on the shifting landscape of convicted felons’ constitutional rights was published in Vol. 96 of the Temple Law Review.
Born and raised in Queens, New York, Jay now resides in Philadelphia, where he enjoys exploring the city’s rich history and cultural scene.
