    $675,000 Pre-Lawsuit Settlement for Cumberland County Tractor Trailer Accident

    Case Summary:

    A tractor-trailer accident suffered injuries in a rear end collision on I-81 in Cumberland County Pennsylvania when his truck was rear ended by another tractor-trailer.  An investigation into the accident revealed that the striking truck had cracked brake linings as well as other violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.  Our client suffered injuries to his back and neck, requiring him to undergo physical therapy and injections to his back.

    The case settled for $675,000 before a lawsuit needed to be filed.
