Fallon is an associate attorney at Galfand Berger, LLP, working primarily in premises liability and auto accident cases. Fallon earned her Juris Doctor in 2023 from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where she was a staff editor of Temple Law Review. While in law school, Fallon served as the President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and organized events and charitable donations to Philadelphia animal shelters. She also served as a court appointed mediator in the Municipal Court of Philadelphia to assist landlords and tenants in resolving disputes.
Prior to law school, Fallon graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Fallon grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where most of her family still resides. Her interest in becoming a lawyer began when she started interning for the former President Judge of Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas while in high school, which she continued to do throughout college. When she is not practicing law, Fallon is supporting Philadelphia sports teams, traveling, or checking out new restaurants in Philadelphia.
