National Trial Lawyers Names Rick Jurewicz in Top 25 for Pennsylvania

The National Trial Lawyers is a professional association composed of trial attorneys from each state. The organization has a specialty group called the Products Liability Trial Lawyers Association, or PLTLA, Top 25. The PLTLA Top 25 is an invitation-only group comprised of the top 25 products liability trial attorneys in each state who have demonstrated excellence and achieved outstanding results in their careers. National Trial Lawyers: the Organization’s Mission and Selection Process
Since being founded, National Trial Lawyers’ mission has been to promote excellence and to foster diversity in the legal profession through advocacy training, networking and education of trial lawyers. The organization promotes and endorses several legal educational programs, thereby enabling its members to access important resources and connections that only further solidifies their ability to fight for justice on behalf of their clients.
To secure membership in the Products Liability Trial Lawyers Association Top 25, an attorney must first be nominated. Most often, prospective attorneys are nominated by current members of the specialty association; these attorneys are other top performing trial lawyers in their regions and/or states. There are several criteria that members must meet, like:
- Must undergo a careful and comprehensive screening process
- Demonstrated and sustained reputation among peers, the public, and the judiciary
- Achievements, settlements and verdicts as a trial lawyer
- Board certification as a trial lawyer
- Nominations from leading trial attorneys, current members, and Executive Committee members
- Must be trial lawyers practicing actively in the association’s area of specialization
