    Bradley Smith, Esq. Promoted to Senior Partner

    Galfand Berger LLP is pleased to announce that Bradley Smith, Esq. has been promoted to Senior Partner. Brad is a top-rated personal injury litigator who represents Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers and consumers injured by defective products, construction accidents, motor vehicles accidents, and slip and fall accidents. Since joining Galfand Berger LLP in 2015, Brad has recovered more than $45 million for his injured clients.

    Brad serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Section’s newsletter. He is also an accomplished author, publishing numerous articles regarding products liability and injured workers’ legal rights.

    Brad is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum based on significant settlements he has obtained for Galfand Berger clients. Each year since 2018, he has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in the category of Plaintiff’s Product Liability attorneys.
