A worker, who was unloading pipes from a truck, fell and was severely injured when the pipes he was unloading rolled off the truck. We argued that the pipes were improperly loaded and that the defendant should have better secured the pipes on the truck. Our client suffered fractured heels as a result of the accident. Defendant unsuccessfully countered that our client was actually in charge of securing the pipes.
$1,400,000 verdict was achieved for the injured worker.
