  • Senior Partner Gabriela Raful Named as National Trial Lawyer

We are proud to announce that Gabriela Raful has been selected for inclusion in the National Trial Lawyers, a prestigious, invitation-only organization that recognizes the nation’s top practicing attorneys. Members of the eliteTrial lawyer group have showcased their commitment to excellence in civil plaintiff or criminal defense law. Gabriela’s inclusion comes as no surprise; since joining our team, she has fought tirelessly to secure millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of injured clients.

The professional association inducts members from states across the country. To become a member of the NTL, an attorney must meet the following criteria:

    • A significant portion of the attorney’s legal practice must be devoted to civil plaintiff law or criminal defense law (Gabriela’s practice is devoted to civil plaintiff law) to reflect a dedication to advocating for individuals and upholding justice
    • The attorney must be licensed in good standing with their state bar(s), ensuring that they uphold the highest ethical and professional standards
    • The attorney may not engage in any type of corporate or insurance defense work. They must provide written representation confirming that no part of their practice is devoted to civil defense or insurance defense work on behalf of corporations
