    Michael Malvey Inducted into Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum

    The Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum was founded in 1993. There are currently over 5,000 members throughout the country, all of whom were rigorously vetted and mandated to meet strict objective qualifications. Membership into the Forum is a not only a mark of an attorney’s excellence in advocacy but is also a demonstration of the attorney acting as principal counsel in one or more cases that resulted in a final judgment, award, or settlement in favor of their client in the amount of two million dollars or more.

    Since joining our firm in 2002, Mike has handled hundreds of cases within the personal injury department, including automobile accidents, premises liability cases, products liability matters, construction site accidents, and medical malpractice cases. Mike has been lead counsel on numerous multi-million-dollar settlements throughout his 22-year career, including most recently a case involving a client who suffered a lower leg amputation in his employer’s parking lot, and another case involving a client who suffered a spinal cord injury at a ski resort.

    Mike has personally settled or brought to verdict well over 500 cases, helping his clients obtain nearly $100 million in combined recoveries.  He has helped our firm obtain some of the largest, multi-million-dollar recoveries in Pennsylvania’s history. Proficient in Spanish, Mike proudly represents and serves members of the Latino and Hispanic communities throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mike is also a staunch advocate of worker’s rights, regularly teaching classes at Local Unions and District Conferences to help protect members in the case of a workplace injury.
