    Galfand Berger Managing Partner Appointed As Hearing Committee Member

    Philadelphia Personal Injury Lawyers are pleased to share that Debra Jensen has been appointed as Hearing Committee Member. Our firm is proud to announce Debra Jensen’s appointment as a Hearing Committee Member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

    The mission of the Disciplinary Board is to maintain the integrity of the legal profession as well as to uphold the reputation of the courts. Hearing Committee Members play an integral role in this process.

    The Hearing Member reviews disciplinary grievances filed against Pennsylvania attorneys.  The Member’s role is to determine an appropriate penalty for an attorney who violates Pennsylvania’s code of attorney conduct.  To learn more about the disciplinary process, visit https://www.padisciplinaryboard.org

    As Managing Partner at Galfand Berger, Debra is no stranger to upholding the ideals of the legal profession.  She leads the firm with the same ethical standards and professional judgment that she expects of her peers.  Through over three decades of practice, Debra’s leadership has proven instrumental in maintaining Galfand Berger’s reputation, its core values, and mission.

    Debra is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, the United States District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She has been selected six times to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers’ list, is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a Lifetime Charter member in Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD).
