  • Brooke Elmi Named Partner

Galfand Berger is pleased to announce that Brooke Elmi has been promoted to Partner. Since joining our firm five years ago, Brooke has handled a range of personal injury matters including products liability, premises liability, and automobile accident cases. As a staunch advocate for injury victims, we are proud to have Brooke become a Partner at our firm.

Since joining our firm in 2018, Brooke has successfully obtained numerous six-figure recoveries on behalf of injured clients. Brooke is devoted to providing smart and compassionate legal advocacy to help injured clients restore dignity and security after they experience a serious, life-changing accident. She has represented workers injured in workplace accidents caused by defective food packaging equipment, conveyors, and large-scale manufacturing equipment as well as injuries caused by defective consumer household products. Brooke has also successfully represented clients for injuries suffered in construction site accidents, dog bite incidents, trip and fall accidents, and automobile accidents.

Brooke is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese. Drawing on her language skills and experience living abroad for extended periods of time, Brooke effectively represents individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and communities.

Brooke earned her law degree from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. While attending law school, Brooke took part in the Advanced Family Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern. At the Family Law Clinic, Brooke represented low-income clients in a variety of family court matters. In recognition of her accomplishments, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) selected Brooke as the recipient of its coveted Eric D. Turner award. Per the AAML, the Eric D. Turner award is reserved for one third-year law student who best demonstrates the attributes of a matrimonial lawyer: academic excellence, competence as a practitioner, and commitment to the practice and development of family law.

Brooke is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
