    Debra A. Jensen, Esq. is Galfand Berger’s Managing Partner.  She represents individuals in medical malpractice, workplace accidents, products liability, and other personal injury cases.  Debra has several published opinions and is a frequent lecturer on personal injury matters. In 2019, the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania appointed Debra to the Hearing Committee, where she serves in the governance and discipline of Pennsylvania attorneys. Debra was selected to the Super Lawyers list in 2005, 2008 to 2010, 2014, and each year since 2019.

    Richard M. Jurewicz, Esq. is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is an exceptionally skilled trial attorney, with more than 38 multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements recovered for his clients in catastrophic construction accidents, products liability, and automobile accident cases. Rick is one of 100 Pennsylvania attorneys inducted into the Outstanding Lawyers of America, and he was also selected to the top 100 Philadelphia attorneys. Rick has been named on the Super Lawyers list each year since 2004.

    Gabriela Raful, Esq. represents clients in Workers’ Compensation, personal injury, products liability, and Social Security Disability cases. She is President of the Berks County Bar Association, and the first racial minority, youngest, and first naturalized citizen to be elected to this position. The Association awarded Gabby a Presidential Award of Merit for her extensive pro bono work. The Pennsylvania Bar Association also awarded Gabby its Pro Bono Award for providing volunteer legal services to indigent and disadvantaged individuals. Gabby has been selected to the Rising Stars list each year since 2021.

    Bradley Smith, Esq. is a skilled advocate for injured workers, consumers, and victims of negligence. Since 2015, Brad has recovered millions of dollars for our clients injured in defective products, construction accident, automobile accident, slip and fall accident, and medical malpractice cases. Brad serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Council, where he is the Editor-in-Chief of the Civil Litigation Section’s Newsletter. He has been selected to the Rising Stars list each year since 2018.

    Farhan Ali, Esq. has worked on over 100 cases to help his clients recover over $10 million in verdicts and settlements. He handles various personal injury cases at the firm. Farhan serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for HIAS Pennsylvania, an organization that provides legal, resettlement, and other supportive services to refugees, immigrants, and asylum seekers.  Farhan is fluent in Hindi and Malayalam. This is his second year being selected to the Rising Stars list.

    Norman J. Weinstein, Esq., Of Counsel, has nearly 40 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security law. He was listed to Philadelphia’s Top-Rated Lawyers and has been included on PhillyLabor’s Who’s Who in Injury and Injured Workers Advocacy list. The Secretary of Health for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appointed Norman to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Equity’s Advisory Committee. He has also performed pro bono work for several organizations. Norman has been selected to the Super Lawyers list each year since 2005.
