    Farhan Ali Joins Temple Law Alumni Association as Board Member

    Philadelphia lawyers at Galfand Berger, LLP discuss how Farhan Ali joins Temple Law Alumni as a board member.Galfand Berger associate Farhan Ali has been invited to join Temple University’s Law Alumni Association (TLAA) Board of Visitors. Board members of the TLAA not only serve in an advisory capacity to the Dean of the Law School but also help to develop useful resources and networking opportunities for Temple University Beasley School of Law alumni.

    The TLAA’s Mission

    The TLAA is dedicated to promoting justice and the advancement of the law. The association also works to foster student interest in public service to the surrounding community in addition to reinforcing the importance of pro bono work. As an alumnus of the James E. Beasley School of Law, Farhan will undoubtedly be an asset to the Law Alumni Association’s board. The TLAA provides recent graduates with a variety of important career and community-based opportunities, such as:

    • Professional development opportunities, like CLE (continuing legal education) programs as well as direct access to career planning professionals,
    • Social events for legal professionals, including an “alumni night out at the Phillies”, and:
    • Members-only networking events

    Just recently, Farhan was assigned as a board observer to HIAS (Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) Pennsylvania, a nonprofit organization that serves thousands of indigent clients every year. As a board member to the TLAA, Farhan will be able to continue fine-tuning his organization management and leadership skills.
