Brooke J. Elmi is a Partner at Galfand Berger, LLP handling personal injury matters including products liability, construction accidents, premises liability, and automobile accidents and has been involved in securing numerous high value recoveries for injured clients.
Brooke is dedicated to providing compassionate legal advocacy for injured clients to help them restore their dignity and security after a serious accident. She has handled products liability cases involving industrial products such as conveyors, agricultural equipment, heavy construction equipment, and food packaging machinery, as well as consumer products, including bicycles, hairdryers, and home appliances. She also represents clients who have been injured in construction accidents, as well as dog bites, and car accidents.
Brooke successfully handled an appeal before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in the matter of Merino v. Repak, B.V., resulting in a favorable decision requiring a foreign product manufacturer to face suit in Pennsylvania for an injured client’s products liability claims.
Brooke is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese, and draws on her language abilities and experience living abroad to effectively represent individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Brooke’s success has been recognized on the Super Lawyer Magazine’s Rising Stars list each year since in 2024.
Brooke earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University – James E. Beasley School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude.
