    $800,000 Settlement for Natural Gas Explosion Injuries

    Case Summary:

    A laborer suffered injuries due to an explosion caused by a leak from a natural gas pipe near where he was working.  Our client suffered injuries to his arm and shoulder that caused him to undergo three surgeries for the work injury.  Suit was filed against the parties responsible for controlling the gas at the location of the explosion.

    The matter settled before Trial for $800,000.
