$250,000 Settlement for Slip and Fall at Chester County Hotel
Client was a guest at a popular hotel chain in Malvern, Pennsylvania and was injured while walking through the hotel’s lobby when she slipped and fell on condensation that developed on the tiled floor. She suffered a fractured ankle and a dislocation to her elbow.
