Our firm is proud to announce the promotions of three stellar attorneys: Gabriela Raful and Arthur Bugay have just been made Senior Partners, and Bradley Smith a Junior Partner. All three attorneys embody our firm’s mission of helping injured individuals and tirelessly advocating for people in need. To learn more about them, check out their bios below.
Gabby Raful represents injured clients in the areas of social security disability, workers’ compensation, products liability, and personal injury. She is an active member of the Berks County Bar Association, where she sits on the Board of Directors and also serves on the Bar’s Chair of the Minority Law Section. In 2018, Gabby was also one of only 11 attorneys selected for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Leadership Institute Class.
Fluent in Spanish and passionate about injured workers and immigrant rights, Gabby provides pro bono legal representation to indigent migrants and champions the rights of individuals injured by negligent employers in unsafe workplaces.
Arthur works not only in the firm’s Personal Injury department, but also represents victims of construction accidents and litigates products liability, negligent security, and employment law matters. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy, serves on the Amicus Curiae Committee of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and is “AV” rated as an attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Arthur has been selected every year since 2011 to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, an honor only given to the top 5% of more than 34,000 Pennsylvania lawyers. Additionally, Arthur has been included in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers – Pennsylvania.
As an active and dedicated volunteer, Arthur raises money for the American Diabetes Association, the ALS Association of Philadelphia, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Brad may be one of our team’s youngest members, but Super Lawyers Magazine already recognized him as a Rising Star – an honor that less than 3% of all lawyers in Pennsylvania receive. Brad graduated from Gettysburg College, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He advocates for injured consumers, workers, and other negligence victims while working with a team that successfully achieves multi-million dollar settlements in products liability and medical malpractice cases.
