Three Reasons Galfand Berger Attorneys Are Honored Year After Year by Their Peers

Since 1947, Galfand Berger attorneys have been working hard representing injured people and their families. Recently, four of our attorneys — Arthur Bugay, Marc Jacobs, Richard Jurewicz and Eric Swan — were recognized for their achievements when they were selected to the 2011 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer list. This selection is especially significant since only 5% of the over 34,000 Pennsylvania lawyers receive this honor. And, to make this tribute even more extraordinary, attorney Richard Jurewicz was selected as one of the top 100 lawyers in Pennsylvania and one of the top 100 lawyers in Philadelphia!

Two of our other attorneys – Michael Malvey and Henry Yampolsky – were selected to the 2011 Rising Star’s list. Again, a noteworthy achievement since only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys under 40 (or practicing less than 10 years) share this honor!

It is no wonder Arthur, Marc, Rick, Eric, Mike and Henry received this special recognition. A glimpse at their biographies tell stories of attorneys who work tirelessly for their clients and their community. Trust. Knowledge. Results. Powerful words earned by hard-working attorneys!
