Attorney Henry Yampolsky Honored at the “New World Glory” Appreciation Event
Galfand Berger is proud to announce that partner Henry Yampolsky was recently honored by the New World Association of Immigrants from Eastern Europe at the organization’s “New World Glory” appreciation event on February 20, 2014.
The New World Association of Immigrants from Eastern Europe honored Mr. Yampolsky because he continues to make a positive difference in the community by giving practical help to immigrants and refugees.
A grassroots community-based service and adult literacy organization, the New World Association of Immigrants from Eastern Europe provides recent immigrants with professional educational and social services, helping people attain more power over their lives, a greater degree of self-sufficiency, dignity, and quality of life, and a greater integration into society as workers, citizens, and family leaders.
Henry Yampolsky, a Partner with Galfand Berger, LLP, is a compassionate and caring counselor and passionate advocate for his clients’ rights. A native of Kiev, Ukraine, Henry is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and takes an active role in the affairs of the Greater Philadelphia Russian-Speaking community; is one of the founding directors of the Russian-Speaking Professionals Network; and is a Board Member of HIAS Pennsylvania.
