$445,000 Settlement for Scaffold Injury
Case Synopsis:
Our client was injured when the scaffolding on which he was working fell almost ten feet.
As a result of this fall, our client suffered a lumbar sprain, strain, and bulging disc, but his chief problem was a fear of heights that prevented him from returning to work as a masonry worker. We brought suit against the scaffold manufacturer.
