Peter Patton Among Featured Presenters at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Seminar: The Preparation and Trial of the Products Liability Case

Peter Patton, a senior partner at Galfand Berger, LLP, was a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s seminar: “The Preparation and Trial of the Products Liability Case” held on May 20, 2011.

Mr. Patton spoke about a wide array of topics, like: selecting the right discovery methods, deposing witnesses, using private detectives and other sources to gain important information, picking the right jury, and trying the case.

With decades of trial experience, Peter has won some of Galfand Berger’s largest jury verdicts.
