Galfand Berger is pleased to introduce our new partner, Richard K. Washington, Jr. A strong advocate for the rights of individuals and working people, Rich is committed to our firm’s core mission of making sure his clients receive justice when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others - even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations or insurance companies.

Rich graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree and from Widener University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He went on to earn his LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University School of Law. Rich is admitted to practice before the United States District Court - Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of NewYork and in the District of Columbia. A zealous advocate for injury victims, Rich has recovered millions of dollars for his injured clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
