    Debra A. Jensen:  Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum Member

    Debra A. Jensen, managing partner of Galfand Berger, LLP, was recently admitted to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  This honor is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and includes some of the most prestigious trial lawyers in the United States.

    Debra’s practice involves the representation of injured victims of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, as well as disability, age, sex and race discrimination.   She has the unique distinction of having argued and won an Americans with Disabilities Act case before the full, En Banc, Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

    Debra has also been selected as a 2005 and 2008 Super Lawyer as named in Law and Politics Magazine.  She is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
