Henry Yampolsky is an associate with Galfand Berger, LLP. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Studies from the University of Scranton and a Juris Doctorate from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. During law school, Henry served as the Executive Editor of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology, and Environmental Law. He interned with the Honorable Chester T. Harhut of the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas; the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office; and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Henry is the recipient of the Wapner, Newman, Wigrizer, P.C. award for excellence in civil trial advocacy. After graduating from law school, Henry worked for two small firms in Philadelphia, where he practiced in the areas of employment law, personal injury and worker's compensation.

Henry joined Galfand Berger, LLP in 2006 and practices in the areas of personal injury, employment discrimination, and workers' compensation law.

A native of Kiev, Ukraine, Henry plays an active role in the affairs of the Philadelphia Russian-speaking and Ukrainian communities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of The Raymond and Miriam Klein Branch of the Jewish Community Center and is on the Board of the New World Association of Immigrants from Eastern Europe. Henry is also one of the founders of the Russian-speaking Professionals Network.

Henry also is a member of the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyer's Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association and is involved with the American and Pennsylvania Associations for Justice and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyer's Association.

Henry is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
