Heather A. Harper joined Galfand Berger as an associate in 2007.

Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Heather received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the Pennsylvania State University and her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.

During law school, Heather interned with the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office, and the Philadelphia Solicitor's Office, earning a distinction for performance. Heather also earned awards for outstanding oral advocacy in Temple's Trial Advocacy Program.
