Galfand Berger is investigating the complications caused by some denture creams including Fixodent and Super PoliGrip. People who have taken or used this product have suffered from:

Some Denture Creams, including popular brands such as Fixodent and Super PoliGrip, contain high levels of zinc. The ingestion of unnaturally high levels of zinc, such as through the use of some denture creams, can cause the body to be depleted of copper, an extremely important ingredient the body also needs to function. Zinc poisoning can, in severe cases, lead to a serious condition called neuropathy which can lead to numbness, pain, weakness and lack of coordination.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?

If you, a family member or friend have used any of these denture creams and experienced any unusual side effects, contact your doctor’s office or hospital about your injury.
